Musical mechanism of the very early type with sectional comb. 29 sections of 4 teeth each. Speed regulator to the left of the mechanism. Allthough the diameter of the cylinder is only 3,4cm the tunes last for over 1 min. Fully wound it will play 26 tunes.
Musical mechanism is starte by the clock every hour (1,5 min befor the hour strikes) or on demand..
Clock with pin wheel escapement and striking on the hour (full) and half hour.
Base and clock with mahogony veneer.
